IPA is an economic consultancy providing services across the energy, water and infrastructure sectors, including markets & transactions, regulation & policy and Public Private Partnerships (PPP). With extensive international experience in over 80 countries, IPA is recognised as a leading specialised practice for infrastructure economics.  Founded in 1989, IPA has been an active member of the Dar Group for the last decade.  An extensive study was broken up into several phases and, explored multiple directions for the new identity.
